petpkr Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing or using petpkr — whether through our website, mobile browser interface, or any affiliated application — you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming guidelines, which together form the complete agreement between you and petpkr. Where there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions take precedence unless specifically stated otherwise.

petpkr reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the email address associated with your account and displayed prominently on the platform for at least 14 days before taking effect. It is your responsibility to review any updated version before continuing to use the platform.

To open and use a petpkr account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. petpkr operates a strict minimum age policy. If we reasonably suspect that a player is under 18, we will suspend the account immediately and conduct an age verification check before restoring access.
• You must be a human individual. Accounts cannot be opened by companies, partnerships, trusts, or any other non-natural legal entities.
• You must not already hold an active petpkr account. Each individual is permitted a maximum of one account at any time. Opening additional accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address that you have access to.
• You must not be excluded from gambling under any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or regulatory restriction applicable to you.

petpkr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point. These may include a copy of your CNIC, a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and for high-value accounts, a source-of-funds declaration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

Your petpkr account is personal to you. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. The following obligations apply at all times:

• Keep your password and any two-factor authentication codes strictly confidential. Do not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
• Notify petpkr support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. You can reach us via live chat at any hour of the day.
• Ensure that the personal details held on your account remain accurate. If your mobile number, email address, or payment details change, update them promptly through your account settings.
• Only fund your petpkr account with money that belongs to you. Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or funds that belong to another person without their explicit consent, is strictly prohibited.
• Do not allow any other person to use your petpkr account. Your account is non-transferable.

petpkr operates a single-account policy enforced at the device, IP address, payment method, and identity level. If our systems detect that multiple accounts share a CNIC, payment method, device fingerprint, or household IP address, all associated accounts may be suspended pending investigation.

petpkr processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards issued by Pakistani banks. Payment methods available to your account may vary based on your location and verification status.

Deposits: The minimum single deposit is Rs 200 for mobile wallet transactions (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 500 for bank transfers and card payments. Deposits are credited to your petpkr balance instantly for mobile wallets and within 15 minutes for IBFT. There is no petpkr-imposed fee on deposits; your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: You may withdraw your real-money balance at any time provided you have completed identity verification and there are no active bonus wagering requirements on the funds you wish to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 10 minutes during normal operating hours. IBFT withdrawals may take up to one working day.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to availability.
• petpkr reserves the right to request a source-of-funds declaration for withdrawals exceeding Rs 5,00,000 in a calendar month.
• Any withdrawal request that triggers our internal risk and compliance checks may be held for up to 72 hours pending review. We will notify you by email if this occurs.
• Attempting to withdraw a deposit that has not been wagered at least once may be declined if petpkr suspects the deposit was made solely to exploit a payment method and claim a bonus.

petpkr offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible members. All promotions are governed by the specific terms listed on the Promotions page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules:

• Each petpkr promotion is available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiple is stated for each promotion.
• While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit of Rs 1,500 per round applies to any game round funded by bonus balance. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses expire after the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated wagering progress are forfeited automatically.
• You may cancel an active bonus at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling a bonus forfeits the bonus balance and any winnings generated from it; your original real-money deposit is unaffected.
• petpkr reserves the right to withdraw any promotion, modify its terms, or disqualify any player from a promotion if it determines that the offer has been abused, manipulated, or exploited in a way not consistent with genuine recreational play.
• Bonuses cannot be combined with other active promotions unless explicitly stated. Welcome bonuses are available only to newly registered members on their first qualifying deposit.

Players who are identified as professional bonus hunters — those whose primary activity on petpkr consists of claiming promotions with minimal recreational intent — may have their bonus eligibility removed at petpkr's sole discretion without affecting their ability to play with their own real-money funds.

All games available on petpkr are provided by certified third-party gaming software suppliers including but not limited to JILI Gaming, JDB Gaming, CQ9 Gaming, Spade Gaming, Evolution Gaming, and Pragmatic Play. Each game title is governed by its own published paytable and rules, which can be accessed within the game interface.

All game outcomes on petpkr are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. petpkr does not and cannot alter game outcomes after a round has commenced. The RNG certification of all games is reviewed by independent third-party auditors on a quarterly basis.

• In the event of a technical failure — including server disconnection, power outage, or software error — during an active game round, the round may be declared void and any stake returned to your balance. Where game logs confirm a completed outcome, that outcome stands.
• Bets placed with apparent knowledge of a technical glitch, software error, or incorrect odds display do not constitute a valid bet. petpkr reserves the right to void such bets and reclaim any winnings generated from them.
• For sports betting markets, petpkr follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of a postponed or abandoned event, bets will be settled according to the rules displayed in the specific market at the time the bet was placed.
• Errors in odds or payout displays caused by petpkr's systems will be corrected and affected bets voided or re-settled at the correct odds. We will notify affected players promptly.

The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or using more than one petpkr account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or otherwise unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or vulnerabilities to generate artificial winnings.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to interact with the petpkr platform.
• Attempting to launder money through the petpkr platform or use it for any illegal financial purpose.
• Allowing any person under the age of 18 to use your petpkr account or access the platform through your device.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward petpkr staff or other players through any communication channel associated with petpkr.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with petpkr's platform, code, or infrastructure in any way.

petpkr maintains comprehensive logs of all account, transaction, and gameplay activity. Evidence gathered through these logs may be used to investigate suspected breaches and, where appropriate, shared with law enforcement or regulatory bodies.

All content on the petpkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software code — is the intellectual property of petpkr or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the petpkr platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any petpkr content without express written permission.
• Use the petpkr brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any context other than referring to the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the petpkr website on any other platform or service.
• Create derivative works based on petpkr's content or design.

Any use of petpkr's intellectual property beyond the scope of this licence is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, petpkr's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• petpkr is not liable for any loss of funds, winnings, or account balance resulting from a technical failure outside our reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or internet connectivity issues on your end.
• petpkr is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, opportunity costs, or reputational damage.
• Gaming and betting are inherently uncertain activities. petpkr does not guarantee winnings of any amount and accepts no liability for losses incurred through normal gameplay.
• petpkr's maximum aggregate liability to any individual member in connection with any single incident or claim is limited to the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in this clause limits petpkr's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

petpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity, age, or source-of-funds verification within the requested timeframe.
• Account activity that triggers our anti-money-laundering or fraud prevention systems.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• A member's own request for self-exclusion under petpkr's responsible gaming programme.

Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud or a terms breach, any balance held in the account will be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be released in full. Where a material breach is confirmed, petpkr reserves the right to forfeit some or all of the balance, depending on the nature and scale of the breach.

You may close your petpkr account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method within 3 working days, provided no active bonus wagering obligation is outstanding.

petpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in that policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.
• petpkr does not sell your personal data to third parties.
• Data may be shared with regulated third parties such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and relevant regulatory authorities where required by law.
• All data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. petpkr's security practices are reviewed annually by independent information security professionals.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to correct inaccuracies, and in certain circumstances to request deletion. Requests can be made by contacting our support team.

petpkr is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all members. We recognise that for a small number of players, gaming can become a problem, and we take our responsibilities in this area seriously. The following tools and policies are in place:

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account dashboard. These take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration. Available in account settings.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. During exclusion, your account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active period.

Your continued use of petpkr after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Any balance in your account at the time of closure will be returned in accordance with Section 10.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause, or updates to contact information — may be made without prior notice and take effect immediately upon publication.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with your use of petpkr, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. petpkr operates under the terms of its gaming licence and complies with all applicable regulatory obligations in the jurisdictions in which it operates.

If a dispute arises between you and petpkr that cannot be resolved through our customer support process, it should be referred to our formal complaints procedure, details of which are available by contacting our support team. petpkr will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 days.

If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of a formal complaint, you may be entitled to refer the matter to our licensing body's dispute resolution process. Details of this process will be provided in our response to any formal complaint.
